The Pixel2DC line of boards allow you to drive dimmable DC outputs as well as Servos from a WS2811 pixel line. The board itself is powered by the 5V, 12V or 24V power in your existing pixel wiring.
No external configuration is needed, this board is PLUG & PLAY!
The mounting holes on the board are suitable for CG-1500 enclosures.
This board features 1 DC input, and 9 DC outputs + 1 Servo Power input, and 6 Servo outputs. It also has a switch to choose between a 5V servo signal, and a 6V servo signal. The board can also be placed "in line" in a pixel string, as it will output WS2811 data as well. Not only that, but DMX output is also included. So you can easily hook up your stage lighting effects straight to this board, with no additional configuration necessary.

HEAT WARNING: The higher the amperage you drive your board, the hotter it will get. This board ships without heat sinks, therefor it is your responsibility to monitor and control temperature based on the operating load you plan to use. Enclosure fans, heat sinks and other cooling methods will be necessary as you approach the maximum ratings of the board.
CONTROLLER\SEQUENCER COMPATIBILITY: xLights, Light O Rama, Vixen, Falcon, San Devices, AlphaPix, Minleon, EasyLights, since this board reads WS2811 pixel data, you can use any controller or sequencer you currently use to drive pixels. As long as you have pixel data, this board will function "plug & play".
The goal of the Pixel2Things boards is to make controlling things in an animated light show as easy as possible. These boards are the first product to read WS2811 pixel data in real time, and control something else (other than a pixel).
The boards are simple to use, and require no external configuration. The boards were designed with holes spaced so you can easily mount them in many common CG-1500 enclosures.
These boards truly are the easiest way to control standard AC, DC, and Servo related props.
Looking to add some pizzazz to your holiday display this year? Pixel2Things is the way to go!
Making Santa wave? Check.
DMX flood lights? Check.
How about firing a CO2 cannon? Oh yeah!
Pixel2Things is just awesome!
David & Tikva Peace
In 2018 the Peace Family was featured on ABC's Great Christmas Light Fight. (spoiler alert: "featured" means losers). Through that experience, many questions abounded on how they made their mega tree collapse & rebuild; but it was kind of jenked together, so it was not something that could not be endorsed.
These boards were designed to be an easy to use interface to control "things" you might want in your show. The goal was plug-and-play, and zero external configuration, and we are very proud of the end result.
Our hope is that these boards can allow DIY holiday lighting hobbyists to add more fun, and creative elements to their show, without adding additional complexity.
